It is not permissible to request for information that involves discrimination on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, gender, or color. If a request for information is rejected, the applicant may file a complaint against the person in charge to the council or appeal to the specialized court/the Administrative court. The complaint is made within thirty days after the specified deadline granted by the law to respond, reject, or refrain from responding to the request.
